At Fresh Arrivals, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure your shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all fashion tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
